Scheduling Appointments
Our front office staff may need to question you on the reasons you need to be seen in order to give you accurate an appointment length. Please answer them accordingly to help us keep our doctors’ schedules running on time and minimize wait times. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

Missed Appointment/No Show
Our office does charge a fee for missed appointment without a phone call to cancel at least 3 hours before your appointment time. We do our best to give all our patients an automated reminder phone call to minimize forgetfulness.

No Show fee: $45

This fee will be due before being seen at your next appointment.

Prescription Refills
If you get your prescription filled at a pharmacy, Please call your pharmacy first with your refill request.
Please allow 3 days for prescription request to be processed.
Do not wait until you are out of your medication to call. It is best to call when you have 5 days’ worth left.
Return Checks
All return checks will incur a $30 billing fee. The patient will be responsible before being seen again in our office.

Lab/Test Results
If you have not heard from our office within 2 weeks from having your lab drawn or having your test done please call our office.
